Who we are. E-WIN Nexus Ltd operates AuditorX. Our data protection officer can be reached at dpo@auditorx.ng.

What we collect. Account details, business records you upload, transaction records created on the platform, and verification results from our KYC provider (we store the provider’s reference and match result — never your full NIN or BVN).

Why. To provide the services you sign up for, to keep money moving safely, to meet legal obligations, and — only with your explicit consent — to share your TrustScore and books with lenders you choose.

Your rights. Access, correction, export and deletion requests are handled within 30 days from Settings → Privacy. You can revoke lender consent at any time.

Retention. Financial records are kept for the period required by Nigerian tax law; everything else is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
